Manna is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you build and manage the ever-growing demand for our leadgen services. In this way, you play an important role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top advertisers. You on board new clients by prospecting, qualifying and generating new business and be the first point of contact for these new clients. You will primarily build and develop our Insurance/Financial/Home improvement vertical.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients oriented towards the Insurance, Financial and Home improvement leadgen vertical.
- Building and leading a core sales team
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Manage clients’ accounts, maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives and targets
- Constantly looking for ways to grow revenue amongst current client- base and work with the relevant Manna team to make it happen.
- Co-shaping our company business proposition for the insurance and home improvement vertical.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of previous experience in Sales in the lead generation industry. Preferably in the Insurance/Financial/Home improvement vertical
- Good understanding of Performance Marketing.
- Strong network in one of the following verticals Finance, Home Improvement, and Insurance Leadgen vertical.
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Experience in similar position – advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English language
